The July board meeting with be Monday, July 27 at 5:30. As always, residents are welcome to attend. If you have a specific topic you want addressed, please email [email protected].

Thanks to everyone who came to the annual picnic on Tuesday! It was a beautiful evening and a great time to meet and visit with neighbors. Have a great summer!

The pool is open. Hours are 9am to 9pm and must be accessed with your pool fob. Please remember that balloons are not permitted at the pool. Also, please gather your belongings and lower the umbrellas before you leave.

Hillindale Homeowner Association board meetings are held monthly, usually on the fourth Monday of each month at the Clubhouse.  Any date change will be posted on the website. Residents are welcome to attend.  There is an open resident’s forum at the beginning of each meeting.  If you want to attend and have a specific concern, please contact the HHA president to confirm date and to be added to the agenda.

Please refer to the ARB Guidelines located on the Rules and Form section of the website if you are planning any home improvements. Forms can be submitted on-line.

If you have projects that may require digging remember to call first to have underground cables marked. The number for Holey Moley is 811.

If you have a flickering street light or one with the bulb totally burned out you can notify Duke Energy very easily. Look for the number of the light that is on the pole and call Duke at 800-521-2232.
