This is a friendly neighborhood with many amenities. Our neighborhood offers a pool, tennis court, sand volleyball court and a basketball goal by the marina. Hillindale residents also have reservoir and dock access, and there is boat and camper parking at the marina for a minimal fee.
The clubhouse is on Pin Oak Drive and can be rented for parties, showers and family gatherings. The use of the pool is not included when the clubhouse is rented. Please contact Daryl Kurtz at 812-212-0032 for more rental information.
Our streets are wide with minimal traffic (speed limit 20 mph) so it is great for walkers and bikers. The subdivision borders the YMCA and their outdoor walking path is accessible by two different paths from Hillindale. (Red Maple Ct. and Winding Way).
