The Hillindale Commons Clubhouse may be reserved only by a member of the Hillindale Commons Homeowners’ Association for a rental fee of $150.00 and a $100.00 deposit. The clubhouse is for all homeowner association members, as well as Oakmont Apartment residents, and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. The Hillindale Commons Homeowners’ Association does reserve the right to allocate clubhouse use to give all members fair access. The person reserving the clubhouse is responsible for the expense of replacing any items damaged, stained, stolen, destroyed, or for failure to follow clean up instructions during and after occupancy of the clubhouse.
NOTE: No tape, push pins or command strips can be used on walls, ceilings, ceiling fans or woodwork.
The deposit of $100.00 will be used to settle the expense of replacing anything found after the rental that needs repaired or replaced and/or if clean-up instructions weren’t followed properly. In the event that the expense of damages or clean-up exceeds the $100.00 deposit, the Hillindale Commons Homeowner will be assessed for the additional costs.
If there is a reason for the $100.00 deposit check/cash to be retained, you will be notified within a week after your rental. If everything is satisfactory and the clubhouse has been cleaned and left as expected, your $100.00 deposit check will be shredded immediately following the official cleaning and inspection. If you paid the deposit in cash, it will be returned within a week.
The rental and deposit checks should be made out to Hillindale Commons HOA.
